What are the constituents views of the flooding problems plaguing our District?
I would like input on this problem from the residents of District 145. I believe that public officials should listen to the constituents and take action.

Flooding is very important. My home has flooded 3 times in the last 4 years. My mortgage company requires me to have flood insurance and it has increased over 400%. I need for you to help with problem.
